MEET THE COLLECTIVE

At Zenith Mind Collective, we believe meaningful growth happens through connection, reflection, and support during life’s most challenging and transformative moments.

Our team is committed to helping individuals navigate pressure, identity shifts, uncertainty, performance demands, and transition with empathy, intentionality, and evidence-based support.

We recognize that every person’s experience is unique, and we strive to create an environment where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered through change.

The Heart of zmc

Caitlin Rainey

Caitlin Rainey is a mental performance consultant passionate about supporting athletes, students, performers, and professionals through pressure, growth, and life transitions.

Her approach emphasizes the connection between performance, identity, mental well-being, and the environments people move through every day. Caitlin believes sustainable performance begins by supporting the human behind the achievement.

Her passion for this work began in high school after experiencing a series of sports injuries. Through recovery, she quickly realized healing was not only physical — it also involved confidence, identity, resilience, and learning how to adapt through change. Those experiences shaped her commitment to helping others navigate injury, uncertainty, transition, and performance-related challenges with greater clarity and support.

Caitlin is especially passionate about shifting the mental wellness conversation from reaction to preparation. She believes individuals deserve access to practical, personalized mental skills and support before moments of crisis, burnout, or overwhelm occur.

Her work takes a client-centered and collaborative approach, helping individuals strengthen confidence, adaptability, self-awareness, and resilience while navigating high-pressure environments and transitional periods.

Caitlin earned her MA in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and is currently working toward licensure in Colorado as a counselor.

Outside of her work, you can usually find Caitlin behind a camera, exploring mountain trails, watching women’s sports, or making friends with every dog she meets.
