Terms of service & Privacy Policy

Effective as of July 28, 2026

This page summarizes the key terms that apply when you use zenithmindcollective.com and our services. For the full legal text, please don’t hesitate to request our complete Terms of Service and Privacy Policy documents.

About Our Services

Zenith Mind Collective provides mental performance coaching, not licensed therapy. Our consultants are Mental Performance Consultants, and sport and performance psychology does not constitute the practice of psychology or psychotherapy in Colorado. Our services are not used to diagnose or treat mental illness. If something outside our scope comes up during a session, we'll let you know and point you toward a qualified provider.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Payment

Sessions are booked through our online scheduling link. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule — late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session rate. Payments are processed securely through Stripe (credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay), due at the time of session. We are not covered by insurance; clients are responsible for the full fee.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is kept confidential in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional standards, except where disclosure is legally required (for example, imminent risk of harm to self or others).

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — through our contact form, when booking a session, or when subscribing to our newsletter — along with basic site usage data from Squarespace's built-in analytics. Once you become a client, separate intake, session, and billing information is handled under our Informed Consent form rather than this summary.

How We Use & Share Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, send newsletter content, and improve our site and services. We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the trusted providers who help run our business:

  • Squarespace — website hosting

  • Kit — newsletter/email

  • Google Calendar — scheduling

  • Stripe — payment processing

Data Retention & Your Choices

Contact and inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond; newsletter data, only while you're subscribed. Client session records are retained for 3 years from the last date of service. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime, and you can request deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to any legal or professional record keeping requirements.

Other Key Points

  • No guaranteed outcomes: we don't promise specific results or performance improvements.

  • Children's privacy: our site isn't directed at children under 13. For clients under 18, we coordinate informed consent with a parent or legal guardian.

  • Liability: to the fullest extent allowed by law, Zenith Mind Collective isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site or services.

  • Governing law: Colorado law governs these terms.

  • Updates: we may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated version.
