These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zenithmindcollective.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Zenith Mind Collective, LLC ("Zenith Mind Collective," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Zenith Mind Collective provides mental performance coaching and related services, including individual sessions, team sessions, and workshops, as described on our Site. Our services are educational and performance-based in nature.

Zenith Mind Collective LLC consultants are Mental Performance Consultants, not licensed therapists. Sport and performance psychology does not constitute the practice of psychology or psychotherapy in the State of Colorado, and our services are not used to identify or treat mental illness or other mental health disorders. If a consultant becomes aware of an issue outside their training during a session, the client will be informed and encouraged to seek a qualified provider.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions may be scheduled through our online booking link. We require 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to a charge equal to the full session rate, billed to the card on file. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), HSA/FSA cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is due at the time of the session unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Our services are not covered by insurance; clients are responsible for the full session fee. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing high-quality support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance results, or achievement of personal goals as a result of our services.

Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional standards, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g. imminent risk of harm to self or others).

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during sessions or workshops, is the property of Zenith Mind Collective and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenith Mind Collective, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
